Kenya

As part of the launch of the Dutch Sports Coalition Kenya in early February 2010, a basic course was held in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi. With help from the Sports Coalition, twenty Kenyan sports and development organizations were able to each select a coach for the course. In 2010, the KNVB organized, in cooperation with Dutch and Kenyan partners, five courses throughout Kenya. This initiative gave the opportunity for more coaches from local organizations to participate in the basic course.
