After the previous coaching courses on Bonaire, KNVB instructor Errol St. Jago taught the fourth edition in late December, 2009. 22 youth coaches attended the basic training, in which they were taught, among other things, the age-specific characteristics of youth players. In addition, the participants learned how to best train children and how to guide and coach youth players during games.
