Netherlands Antilles

Various training courses have been held in Bonaire since 2007 as part of the cooperation between the KNVB, the NAVU (Dutch Antilles Football Union) and AVB (Aruban Soccer Federation). This collaboration aims to improve football on the islands. In July, 2010, the fifth training course for pupils coaches was developed. In this course participants were guided on how to prepare training for youth players. Students learned how coaches should explain him or herself didactically. In total, 32 coaches took the course, which was led by KNVB instructors Errol St. Jago and John Heertum.
